Somewhat bizarrely, Justin paired a white vest with white harem pants and matching white boots.
He also sported a pair of gold biker gloves, a quiff hairstyle and donned a pair of black and gold sunglasses.
He also showed off his extensively tattooed arms as he performed with dancers dressed in silver jumpsuits.
The star has recently been adding to his collection of more than 17 body etchings, which include an intricate new rose motif.
He also has a large cross representing the Greek letter 'Chi', which means Christ, and the word 'Believe' just inside his left arm, which he had to commemorate the release of his album of the same name.
The singer is currently performing around the world as part of his Believe Tour, which began in September last year.
Justin is performing at over 150 shows, travelling to Latin America, North America and Australasia after he completes his Asian tour in October.
The star recently collaborated with Maejor Ali's on his hip-hop track Lolly, performing under his alter ego, Shawty Mane.
Bieber's hip-hop attempt has already proved successful with the track having entered the top 10 on the iTunes chart.
