Black-and-white beauty: Kendall Jenner, 17, looks striking in artwork combining photos and painting

Art Muse: Reality TV star Jendall Kenner, 17, served as a model for the Nomad Two Worlds art exhibit focusing on indigenous cultures

The new art exhibit featuring 17-year-old Kendall Jenner shows the stunning brunette in striking black-and-white imagery.
A newly released image of the exotic artwork prominently displays Kendall's face and piercing eyes juxtaposed among images of cranes with drooping necks and orange beaks.
Kendall and her mother Kris Jenner got a sneak preview of the Nomad Two Worlds exhibit at the Guy Hepner art gallery in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Beauty and the bird: Kendall's image was incorporated into artwork featuring birds around her

Another piece of art depicts a curly-haired Kendall clutching a bird with its wings spread as another bird flies overhead. A gaggle of red-eyed birds are shown sitting behind her.
The artwork combines the photographs of fashion photographer Russell James and the painting of artist Lance Chadd.

Model behaviour: Kendall Jenner appeared perfectly put together as if she herself was posing for a shoot as she viewed the latest Nomad Two Worlds exhibit at the Guy Hepner gallery

Kendall and momager Kris accompanied James in November 2012 for a photo shoot in the Australian outback as part of the project.
Kendall and the photographer teamed up again in February for additional photographs shot at the Chumash Indian Museum just north of Los Angeles.

Full face of makeup: The 17-year-old typically goes au natural, showing her barefaced beauty, but she decided to go for a dramatic look

The photographs were blown up, printed on canvas and embellished by Chadd.
The collaborative artwork is part of an exhibit of James' work at the Guy Hepner gallery that also includes more photos of Kendall.

Proud mum: 'Sneak peek with @KendallJenner of the amazing @nomadrj exhibit at @guyhepner in LA!' Kendall Jenner tweeted

Kendall has joined other celebrities and business leaders who have participated in the Nomad Two Worlds art project.
Others who have been photographed include: Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio, Heidi Klum, Hugh Jackman and Sir Richard Branson.
Kris snapped pictures of the artwork during her sneak preview visit that was filmed for an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Kendall is a half-sister to Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian.
